Variation of the wording of condition 6 of planning permission 18/00097/AS (Change of use of existing outbuilding to holiday let) to read as follows "The holiday accommodation hereby approved shall be used for short-term holiday letting only and shall not be occupied as a person’s sole or main residence. No individual or group shall occupy the accommodation for a period exceeding 28 consecutive days"
